We went to get our bank statement for our Utah driver's license and Juliana was very kind and accurate in helping us. We came from another state and our English is weak, but Juliana helped us a lot. Because of Juliana, we have more trust in Chase Bank.

Truly received exceptional service from Morgan. Had to come back later in the day to have some savings bonds cashed, but the gals at the front were knowledgeable and they really provided great customer service!
