“I have heard the “At PC Laptops, We love you!” Ad’s on the radio for years. Always told myself to go to these guys when my generic off the shelf HP breaks down… and it did today. Right before big meetings and the monthly billing cycle for my company. I was in trouble, but these guys jumped in and went to work. They found me a laptop in stock that’s 10 times better than what I had (and at a fair price). Stuart, the lead tech jumped in and helped me out. I was there only about an hour and a half and they had all my files and data transferred to the new laptop. Anti- virus installed and ready to go as well. Stuart made sure I was taken care of and walked me through all the stuff I don’t understand without making me feel like a dummy!!! These guys are a very fair price for the value, but considering the 5 star customer service, and their very helpful problem solving attitudes… I would say I should have paid more. They are amazing. 5 stars all the way around!!!”

“I used to have the SMT-3 laptop and I absolutely loved it! After a few years, as the hardware got older and older, I traded it in towards a new SMT-7 laptop. I figured why not. It's a more advanced and powerful PC, right? Not really. So far, the experience has been disappointing. The laptop keeps freezing over and over again, leading me to take it back into the store to get it fixed.UPDATE #1: Despite the recent experience with the SMT-7, the guys at PC laptops have my back and are doing everything they can to make it right, which I highly appreciate. There might’ve been a one in a million defect in the hardware - something beyond their control - but they’ve got a new laptop being prepared at no extra charge. I think these guys definitely deserve a 5-star review after all that is said and done. Until then, I’ll keep the review updated based on the status of the laptop I paid for. This review did start as a 3 stars until PC laptops reached out to me in order to provide further assistance. They didn’t leave me out in the cold like many other companies do. For that, I give them the extra star and plan to give them another after I hear back.UPDATE #2: [Coming soon]”

“I use a discontinued double mitre saw. The company went bankrupt, no way to get new parts but Danny keeps me in business, my saw has been repaired a few times thanks to his incredible shop!!! And when it breaks everyone I talked to recommended him. Glad he was already my plan. It was fixed so quickly and the price was reasonable. He's awesome!”

He replied back to an email within 10 minutes, asked me to call- then, get this... he answered his phone and scheduled a day and time to see the machine.Not only was he 100% on time, he messaged me when he was on hisway. So helpful! Especially when you need to leave a work office.He went above and beyond. Fixed our pinball machine and gave it a cleaning (tune up).He is honest... fair, quick and does what he says he's going to. I’m really glad we had someone who knew what he was doing!Follow-up - The original diagnosis did not fix the problem. This time Gene came by himself and correctly diagnosed it. Today when the part arrived he installed it. Hopefully this will fix the issue.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to several repair shops sobbing my eyes out because my phone broke and all of my pictures of my kids from the past 4 years were lost and I couldn't get them off.i had a SD card in there but somehow none of my data saved to it. Every place I went to couldn't help me and told me it was basically a lost cause or that it would be a $200 fix and it wasn't guaranteed that they could retrieve the info either. I went here and the repair guy was able to temporarily fix my phone and transfer over all of my data and photos to my new phone within 2 hours for $85 without an appointment same day. They were super kind and amazing to work with I would highly recommend this place.”
