“Lets talk about this store and their team. Backstory im a 7 year customer of pclaptops. My household has bought 5 computer from pclaptops 3 towers 2 laptops. We still have them and they are still amazing. We have had repairs upgrades and more through pclaptops even down to repairs on cell phones when they offered it. Through out the years we have had our ups and downs like with all companies but Baron and his faithful team that I've know for years has never let me down. Barons team used to be at the Murray store but moved to the Sandy location. The other stores are good but if you want the best come to Sandy location. There is no other team i trust more with my computers. The whole team is highly knowledgeable and supportive. They have no problem making sure your devices is just right or taking the time to break down about your devices or answer questions. The care they put into their customers is rare to find these days. My upgrades, repairs, tune ups and more are done within 3 to 4 days sometimes faster depending on their workload. They dont just do it quickly they do it right. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. My old pc company would take a week or longer for a tune up with a blow out. The Sandy team are there to run a business but they value their customers and loyal to them.
