Horrible experience with the sales department. We went in to buy a vehicle and everything was so disorganized. Still waiting on plates and its been over a month. Worst sales person we have ever dealt with, she ended up leaving before our sell was even final. So unprofessional and inexperienced

The service department is abysmal. Zero communication. Missed issues. Problem after problem with them. I love my Lincoln but I will never buy another one because I do not want to be stuck with such horrendous service.

I literally just wasted one hour. I’m shopping for a large SUV to purchase before the end of the year but no sales person helped out. No one came even after requesting help from the front desk. So I’ll go and spend my money somewhere else, because if that’s sales I can’t imagine service. 12/26/2023 1:45pm
