The kind folks quickly got us set up with a tub that she could get into - well designed if your dog tends to be fearful of new things, a very lightly scented shampoo conditioner combo in an easy squeeze bottle, plenty of towels and a safety lead. There were various brushes, a dryer and waterproof aprons available. Wonderful experience for a reasonable fee. The shop has a large selection of food and treats. The woman minding the shop was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and helped me select some new treats for my little monster. Happy they were available in my time of need. Highly recommend a visit!

And pricing is much more reasonable I don’t mind paying more but not when we have experienced issues like nipped pad/ razor rash/ unevenness/ and been blocked from a place for just asking why I didn’t get the groomer I requested!!

Despite it being the worst day of our lives their kindness made it a little easier. Every person that we interacted with was thoughtful and compassionate and so gentle with us and our baby girl. Dr Zachary and her staff are phenomenal. We will absolutely be going there for care for any pets in the future.
