Always had great interactions at Ace.
They take the time to take care of you and help you find item you’re looking for even if you can describe it very well.
Had a situation and they handled it very very well.
Very much appreciate how much these guys work with me

Truly is the helpful hardware store! Was in and out in mins and found what I needed right away and no pesky waiting in line and the cashier was happy to help and seems to enjoy her job whichakes a huge difference in atmosphere! Ty
Edit: it's easy to get to but hard to figure out how to get back onto the street there's only one exit though it looks like there's multiple but they just go to different businesses and Dead end

This location has been pretty good overall. I haven’t noticed items being more expensive but based on other reviews I better pay more attention.
I was unable to return items from a different Ace to this one because this one is owned by Ridley’s the grocery store, so for that reason alone I’ll probably be avoiding this location. I assume it also works in reverse - items purchased here can’t be returned at other Ace locations. Can’t confirm that though.
Might work in a pinch but I’d rather visit the other Ace in Eagle Mtn or the Home Depot for future projects. I wouldn’t really call it Ace - I would call it the hardware section of Ridleys.

As we walked into the store the gentleman associate seemed to be busy. We asked about galvanized pipe fittings to which he replied, “ I don’t think we have that” (referring to the most common galvanized pipe fittings, the 3/4” elbow, the 3/4” T, and 3 straight pieces… 2”, 4”, and 6”). Also, all of the fittings were mismatched and in the wrong bins… And the selection was almost nonexistent… They were out of 80% of their supply.

Good and the Bad:
The Good:
- It is convenient to those living in the area
- Plenty of Parking
- Has most of what your seasonal needs are (Gardening, Rakes, Snow Shovels etc)
The Bad:
- Very expensive. Home Depot, Tractor co Supply and even Walmart have all what ya need and more at a significant price difference.
- The aisle's are pretty narrow
- I do get the feel like I am being up-sale to zero interest in assisting customers from staff a good amount of the time I visit here. (I visit this place often).
- Hard to find screws of any kind here, very tough to read the faded labeling they have on the drawers containing screws.
Overall, it is a good place if you know what you need and need right now. Otherwise this place is overpriced with limited options.

Honestly, and I never thought I would say this, but I am so glad a big box store like Home Depot finally opened up. I have shopped at Ace my whole life growing up, so when I moved here, I expected the same good old Ace. Unfortunately this Ace is crazy over priced and I feel I have been robbed over the last 3 years. Now that a Home Depot is here, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I will never pay 9 bucks for a 2x4 ever again! Also, 50% of the time, they don’t even have what I’m looking for so I would have been better off spending gas and 40 minutes through traffic to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot in AF…

If they stock what you need, you don’t need help, and you don’t mind paying extra, this store is convenient. If you need assistance, want better selection, and want better pricing, you’re better off at Tractor Supply or Home Depot. Unfortunately the older man working here doesn’t know how to do anything; coupons, store credit, returns, soil purchase? Never heard of her.

New store manager Henry was extremely helpful and courteous when he helped us get us the right color of paint after a previous associate had made a mistake in mixing. Excellent customer service and communication!

Henry the store manager, has very poor customer service and handled a return policy terribly, as well as his communication was rude and disrespectful. His whole reason for not allowing the return, was because we didnt have the packaging and wouldn't return it. When I called customer service before coming in and was told that i would receive an in-store credit due to no receipt. He also discussed his approach and how he was going to handle this return with another customer saying "he would argue with me all day, but he would not allow the return". The item was a table that had damaged upon opening, and was bought 24 hours prior.
