“Very friendly and willing. I drove up towards the end of the day needing only to have my front Air/fuel ratio O2 sensor removed with the special socket so I could put in my new one that I had with me. Tyler was standing behind the counter and the check-in guy asked him if he had a momemt, and Tyler said yes. So Tyler got the socket and got the O2 sensor out and put my new one in right there in the parking lot. I offered to pay, but he said he likes to help people out in such situations and said I was good to go. Also, he then got the check engine tester and ran for me.

“Nothing but good things to say here! Pricing was good! Really liked their invoicing, it was transparent, you could easily select what items you wanted worked on and exactly how much it would cost. They picked up my car and dropped it off. They were fast. They exceeded my expectations which rarely happens!”
“The workers are super nice and got me taken care of quickly. Just be careful as you might be sold on something that you might not need. Was told I may want to replace cabin filters which I replaced only a few months ago. I’m sure it’s just the business model (upselling). No hate to the workers they were super helpful.”

“Ok, where do I start. Jacob is an absolute master mechanic, the man is talented. They got my f550 in same day and jumped on it asap. My issue with the truck was complicated, he got me up and running, asap. I really appreciate finding good, honest and talented mechanics like Jacob. Falisha is super wonderful, she is so on it and explains everything im detail. This is one of those reviews that I wish I can give more stars. A1 Source has a customer for life!”
