Long time customer, now at a new house in the area. Very quick service hookup, great customer service with the office staff and the service reps. Thanks for the years of trouble free service and rapid recovery times!

Horrible Service, Horrible Customer Service, only using because only option in my neighborhood right now. Never helpful over chat, directs you to call in, then all you can reach is a voicemail. Can't believe they stay in business. As soon as Comcast reaches our neighborhood we are switching.

Like many others here, I got late fees posted on my account for months without them telling me anything. They told me I could set up auto pay after my first bill. I never got a first bill, and never received any bills or emails in months. They added hundreds of dollars in fees to my account as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Customer service was also horrible. Ladies on the phone were beyond rude.

Horrible company I pay the my last bill April 12 th disconnect our internet service person who works tell me drop your internet box I did April 29 th the charge me May send me new bill cancel your service guys connect Xfinity lady work she is extremely rude ??

This company is an absolute joke and scam. Internet is not working, took me 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon to get a hold of someone in tech support and they are not sending anyone to fix it until Tuesday⌠so we wonât have any internet for a whole 3 days, but hey⌠weâre still paying.Been with them for barely over two months and thereâs issues every other week at the very least.Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this provider.EDIT: second weekend in a row this happens and again they wonât send anybody until Tuesday.

The worst company ever!!!! We built a new house and they were the only internet available so we had to use them. They knew they were so they charged outrageous amounts. Finally had someone else come in and we changed immediately. We keep calleing to cancel time and time again and they said they would cancel but then we would get another bill. Called at least 4 month in a row to cancel. DO NOT go with these guys!

Great experience with the provider. Have not had a single interruption for as long as I have been a customer. Speed always matches the advertised, both upload and download.Had to call support one time after the initial account setup due to issue on their side, which was fixed within a minute of phone call.After connecting the service, donât forget to set up online account to pay your bills and you will not have any issues.
