Dash offered to complete the service tomorrow, at no charge. I accepted the service and declined the "no charge". I am happy to pay for a valuable service. AND I can honestly say I love house call car maintenance. It is the best! Dash acknowledged the error and apologized. I accepted and we are back to being best friends again!!

“The service and staff were excellent and they got my vehicle taken care of fairly quickly. I would definitely go there again.
However....The waiting area needs some work. The chairs here are some of the most uncomfortable, squeaky hunks of metal I've ever had the displease of sitting in. I tried sitting there with my laptop (There are no tables) but it was so bad that after just a few minutes I just stood up and worked a bit from the main counter while the work was being done. Those things need to go.

I came back with my other vehicle and unfortunately those same horrific chairs are still here in the waiting room. I like the service here, but will taking my business to a place where I can actually sit for 45 minutes while my vehicle is being serviced.”
“Lodder's team will take care of you. We had repeated problems with our car and they did everything they could to help us out and cut costs to us. We moved across the country and they still found a way to help us out when we had an issue with a previous repair. “Excellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!”

“I was on my way to a business meeting driving North on I-15 when my new vehicle alerted me one of my tires was significantly low in pressure—it couldn’t have come at a more stressful time. I called my partner to tell her I would be late to the meeting and she recommended I pull off in Woods Cross to take my car to Point S - hurriedly I made my way to their shop. There is no way I could have expected what would unfold next. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by a tall gentleman at the front desk named Chris who happened to be the manager of this location. I explained my dilemma and how terrible the timing was to have a flat tire- I was so preoccupied I couldn’t even properly identify which tire was affected ?! I then watched as Chris himself grabbed my keys IMMEDIATELY- walked out to my vehicle HIMSELF - pulled my car into a bay and had his team begin their work. This was the middle of the afternoon and almost every service bay was full. There were people stacked waiting in the lobby so I walked outside to jump on calls to mitigate the fallout that was sure to come from this unfortunate detour. In less than 10 min of pacing and talking on the phone out front - no exaggeration- I watched as Chris pulled my car up- nonchalantly walked up to me to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to go… Still on the phone- in disbelief- I hung up and followed him inside where he proceeded to tell me they found a screw in my tire and were able to patch it. The next thing I knew I was back on the road - driving in total shock as I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before. Had it not been for one of the classiest professionals I’ve ever met - with the most genuine empathy for my situation - I would have missed a major meeting with a very important new client. Chris made what in my mind was the impossible a reality. I’ve taken the time to document my entire experience because it meant that much to me- my business- and my business partner. Thank you SINCERELY Chris and Point S Woods Cross- you are literally my heroes! I look forward to buying tires from you when the time comes. All my Gratitude and Respect! ???”
“I had a fantastic experience with **** Brothers today. Worked with ****** at the store on E 300 S. We were traveling through the area and had two tires damaged by local roads. They did everything you could ask to get the proper tires for our truck and get us back on the road. It was done in less than 3 hours. “My brakes unexpectedly gave out on my drive back up to Cache Valley area, and I was just able to pull into this Jiffy Lube last minute. Every employee was very helpful, showing me exactly what the issue was and breaking down how they were going to fix it. It ended up being a bigger issue than initially thought, and they handled it with great expertise and care. I believe it was Justin M. who helped me along the way and he did such a great job keeping me informed and I felt comfortable knowing that he was honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely put my vehicle in their care again!”

“I called ahead of time to make an appointment to get my oil changed. I walked in and was greeted right away. The whole process took 50 minutes for an oil change and free tire rotations. They are very friendly and seem to be well staffed. I won't go anywhere else!!”
