“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
The team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Kaysville proved to me today that integrity is alive and well in their business practices.
During my visit, a minor mistake was made, but it was caught during a final review before the service was completed and immediately corrected. I would have never known if the manager hadn’t taken the time to explain it to me afterward.
He ensured the service was completed professionally, thoroughly, and promptly. That level of honesty and accountability goes a long way. They’ve earned a repeat customer, and I’ll definitely be back.
Thank you, Valvoline Instant Oil Change – Kaysville.”

“I appreciate the good service and friendliness of the Jiffy Lube in Kaysville. Specifically Jack cleaned my mats which is over and above. Also, Shaylee offered me the relevant discounts.”
