“Today, I wrote with trepidation a poor review. However, a Dash representative contacted me and was sincerely apologetic and wanted to make things right.
Dash offered to complete the service tomorrow, at no charge. I accepted the service and declined the "no charge". I am happy to pay for a valuable service. AND I can honestly say I love house call car maintenance. It is the best! Dash acknowledged the error and apologized. I accepted and we are back to being best friends again!!

“Really great service, they did a transmission on our sequoia which were on national back order, which I confirmed by calling multiple Toyota Parts departments. Somehow they were able to get one in a week and get it installed.
They also did a starter on the same car about 11 months later.
Good experience both times!”

“Did what I asked in a timely manner, the seem to be good at what they do without trying to upsell you. Just be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes if there’s a car in front of you. They go from each bay left to right in that order. Will still definitely go back”

“I had Rays work on my new to me 2010 Honda odyssey. Got the timing belt done and a good tune up. Very happy with their service. Rays was able to tell me what day would be good to bring it in and they had it done in a couple of days. They answered all my questions and were great at keeping me posted on any changes that came up like finding my motor mount was bad. I will likely return for future automotive needs.”

“Amazing service and best price around. I called at 2:30 in the afternoon and Vanessa answered. I was right down the street getting loaded. I asked about the tire for my step deck and was amazed to find that the price was under HALF what another place was going to charge me!!! I asked if they had availability to get me in and there was no wait. Pulled in, checked in, where I met Luis. We walked out, he showed me which bag to come in and that was that. I raised the axle to make it easier and faster for them ?? work smarter, not harder!!! I pulled in at 2:45 and they were done with it and I was back on the road in under an hour. Luis and Vanessa took some time to give me price quotes on my other tires as well and answer questions I had… I will absolutely be returning here to have my semi taken care of by this crew!!”

So, they did it again! I brought my car in this morning. The tention bar in the trunk came off. The technician put it back on in 2 minutes. Once again, they did not charge me for the service. They are so awesome! I will definitely return when needed.”

They also did a free inspection of my car and provided me with an Uber and loaner car until mine was ready for pickup. They were very communicative and clear with their explanations and videos of my car and its problems. I will definitely be coming here again!”

During my visit, a minor mistake was made, but it was caught during a final review before the service was completed and immediately corrected. I would have never known if the manager hadn’t taken the time to explain it to me afterward.

“Our car was towed here. They were able to remove a stripped lug nut and 2 others that had swelled. My spare was bad and they sold me a nice used tire. They replace my lugs, no charge and sent me on my way with 2 very competitive quotes for new tires. Great service, no pressure. Went extra mile to be very helpful on a busy Saturday. “I recently had a tire go flat on my commuter car the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. My wheel was screeching somewhat after changing the tire to the spare. The only local auto shop open was Walmart. The crew brought my car in immediately and repaired the tire. I noticed a grinding sound while driving away, so I turned right back and spoke to the manager Tyson about it. He offered to bring it back to the garage again to look at it. 20 minutes later he came back and explained that a wheel dust bin had been bent and he put it back in place. The wheel is still inflated and the car drives no problem. Shout out to Tyson and the team for the great work and going above and beyond.”
