“Had a close encounter with a rock in a parking area in the Uintas. On my way back down to Heber, my check engine light came on and I was, of course, worried. Went to The Shop. They got me in quickly, put my car up on a lift and found nothing. They gave me sound advice about how to proceed, reset my light and didn't even charge me. That is great customer service! “Took my old 2003 trailblazer in and in just a day I was able to go a get it back, they were able to figure out my problems that I had asked to be checked pretty quickly and told me what else I had going on. The prices felt reasonable compared to past places and the price they tell you is the price you get, so it was nice to not see any extra tax prices or other fees when I went to go get it. Highly recommend will be going back.”

“Working with Robarge was so easy. My new bronco got dinged in a parking lot. They looked at the damage on Thursday by the following Tuesday my car was at their shop getting fixed. Gavin at the HEBER office is very kind and great at communicating. I would 10/10 recommend. The repair guy did a fantastic job. No one would know there was damage pervious damage.”

“Not many places around with this kind of exceptional service. Dave saved me an extreme headache with trying to take a dent out. I tried multiple places and they either didn’t get back to me or quoted me something ridiculous and a total replacement of my tail gate. I just needed a dent to be less for resale purposes. Dave offered to tinker around with it with no promises. He was able to minimize the dent greatly and didn’t even want to charge me a bunch. He had it back to me in less than 24 hours. I can’t tell ya how appreciative I am for the help. Also loved that I could talk through what I needed than these stupid automated quote entry systems like was Cascade collision had. Thank you Dave! The chip I thought was new had already been repaired, but there was one near it that hadn’t been fixed. They could have tricked me and charged me for two, but they only billed me for one. Thanks!”

“The Kamas location doesn’t appear to be a real business. Just stopped by and nobody’s there. Doors were ironically unlocked, lights off, not a soul in sight or any signage indicating that you’re in the right place. Definitely not a traditional brick and mortar business.
Update: Increased the stars based on their response. I had found them on Google and when I clicked on the maps link and seen that their hours were listed as 8-5pm, not as appointment required leading me to believe it to be a storefront.”

“We were visiting Heber City for Labor Day and we were on our way home when our vehicle started making horrible noises and leaking fluids. Not only were they open on Labor Day, but within 2 hours they took a look at the vehicle, diagnosed that it was a damaged belt that had broken an AC hose, and replaced the belt so that we could get home. On top of that they only charged me $100 parts and labor. They were great!”
