“Stio is fantastic! Their clothes are 10/10 and holy cow their customer service is wonderful. I ordered some things online that I had to return and the people at the Park City store were possibly the nicest people ever. They were super understanding and gave me tons of helpful information. I wandered around a bit and overheard them talking with other customers and they were so eager to help people--with their shopping but also just with general outdoor Utah questions. My only issue is that their clothes seem to run a bit big and I would REALLY appreciate if they sold items in 00 or xxs. I want to buy more things! They just don't fit. if they could change that, MY life would be changed. Amazing store and products. I hope they continue to grow!”

“Hey, I visited briefly while I was in town in March! Everyone was super nice! And they had really cute Souvenirs and merch.Today today is my birthday! I saw this really cute moose a while back! It was kind of flat and had one big eye and one little eye and a square nose! I thought it was so cute and ugly at the same time I wanted it so bad!I drove an entire hour from herriman to get here to get it for my birthday because on the website the houses said It was open but when I got here it’s 1125 and no one’s here and the store is closed.I am actually so sad. “Gorsuch is hands down the best ski and mountain fashion retailer in the US and their PC outpost doesn’t disappoint although sadly no cafe like in Vail and Aspen. The best thing about them is the selection — the brands and lines within brands are very thoughtfully “curated”. They are squarely in the super premium segment so it’s not a place for bargains — they basically charge retail prices with few sale items. The point is to see, feel and try things versus getting them online. They also have a few exclusives which is fun. Service is professional and not intrusive.”

“Recently ago, I ordered a dress and it came quickly and exactly what I expected. I really loved the style and fabric. However, the small was too big and I wanted an xs but it was not available so I needed to return it. The return was easy and I was refunded all but the shipping cost to send back.
