“Super friendly and helpful staff. I tried to buy some seasoning and the staff shared if i buy a whole case that would save me a lot of money( i picked 8 bags and the full case contains 10 bags ) . Price is lower than other stores as i like to compare the price.”

“This locations is never bare like some other locations . This location always has a good turn over of items and there is always something new each time we visit.”
“Pretty good prices good selection for feed. Unfortunately, last time I went, they ran out of the dog food ato normally get, so I had to get another brand. My only complaint are the carts. It would be nice to have a flatbed type cart that is waist high so I don’t have to bend and lift out to remove a 2-40 pound bags of food to put into my truck.”
“I love shopping here I always have a Pleasant time, especially when the cashier Katie helps me fold my clothes and puts them in the bag. I always think that is so nice and generous of her to do cause most of the time they just throw everything in the bag Without even considering what the customer things”

“This TJ Maxx is attached to a Home Goods which is convenient for shopping or even window browsing. I like going to look at their jewelry, hair products, and skin care things since there are tons of options. It’s located in an outlet and walking distance to other great shops as well. Definitely my preferred TJ Maxx to go to.”

“New Sandy location that took over Barnes & Noble by the Sandy Target. Huge store with a great children’s shoe selection. Only took 1 star off because of a few unprofessional employees. Didn’t catch names but around 8:30pm on Nov 27, there were a few dark haired men in the changing room lobby area just throwing profanity at each other and these weren’t guests, they were 100% employees. I saw some employees walk over to try and break up the situation but super unprofessional and they need to be fired.I wasn’t the only guests that was walking around and heard it all. Basically 2-3 employees bashing and swearing at each other. Everyone else I encountered was great, just not those in the changing room.Anyways I will go back because of their selection of children shoes & everything! Glad to finally see it open!”

“I cannot say enough how incredible the Customer Service desk was to me this past weekend. My daughter and I were in town, having driven 11 hours to move her to Utah. We stopped on our way to Orem at the Saratoga Springs Walmart to make purchases for her apartment. However, we accidentally left a paid for item at checkout, everyone's worst nightmare. But we had no need to worry, as Kaylie in Customer Service delivered top-notch customer service for us. When we called from Orem, she immediately ran to find if our item was where we checked out, and it was! And I mean, she actually ran! She then went through several innovative hoops to help me return the item without having to drive back from Orem. It was such an incredible blessing, as I already had the 11 hour drive in front of me. She saved me so many headaches - we now love the Saratoga Springs Walmart!! Thank you so very much.”

“It's my favorite Ross out of all the Ross's around my location they have the biggest clothing selection which is my main reason for going there but they could use new employees at this location because the employees they have now are all around rude and disrespectful act like they hate their job they do not care about customer service and you might as well forget about asking anyone for help because you will get nothing but attitude I have gone there all hours of the day morning noon and night and all of the employees act the same.”
“I dont know JC Penny has slipped my mind but I'm glad I drove by! Its so hard to shop for my body type but I found several options to choose from. I had an associate to help guide me and once she saw I liked she brought options to the fitting room. I felt like I had my own private shopper. Prices were reasonable and with her help I was able to make the most of sales and online coupons. Finally a successful shopping experience!!”

Every time I visit the store, Kace is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She goes far beyond simply ringing up purchases and consistently creates a positive experience for customers. She is patient, knowledgeable, and treats everyone with respect, even during busy periods when many employees would become stressed or disengaged.
One experience in particular stood out to me. I'm a fairly introverted person, and on that day I was already stressed from a long day. Normally, checking out is something I try to get through as quickly as possible with as little interaction as possible. Kace immediately made the experience comfortable. She was attentive without being overwhelming, patient without being rushed, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. What could have been just another routine checkout became one of the most positive customer service experiences I've had in retail.
What stands out most is her initiative and attitude. Employees like Kace are the reason customers choose to return. She consistently creates a welcoming environment, represents Burlington exceptionally well, and demonstrates the kind of leadership, professionalism, and customer service skills that deserve recognition. Her ability to make customers feel valued, especially those who may be stressed, anxious, or naturally quiet, is a rare quality that cannot easily be taught.
I hope management and corporate leadership take notice of the value she brings to the store. Team members who consistently provide this level of service are a major asset to Burlington. Based on my experiences, Kace has demonstrated the reliability, professionalism, customer-first mindset, and positive influence that I would expect from someone ready for greater responsibility within the company.
