“I live in Nampa, Idaho and found Asain City on a previous visit to to Salt Lake city. I went back this weekend to take advantage of some unique Asain things they have. I bought more than I thought I would as there pricing is fair. I found frozen foods that I can get in the Asian market in Boise. I will go back again to shop there and there employees are friendly and very helpful.”

“I absolutely love HomeGoods. I love HomeGoods so much, I am a cardholder of their credit card. I don't have any other department store credit cards so I feel that this really does say something. Whenever I want something cute for my house, especially a seasonal item. HomeGoods is the first place I will go to. I go to all different HomeGoods in Utah and do think they vary a lot, especially between layout and selection. This HomeGoods is unlike any other HomeGoods I have been to however.Technically speaking, I was able to find what I needed and get checked out. I liked a lot of the stuff in the store but one thing just absolutely shook me to my core. I am not claustrophobic, but their layout is really confusing and compact. Things are way to close together and it is hard to have a pleasant shopping experience when you are having to squeeze through the aisles. It is also easy to get lost in this store--it is so compact that the bedding and bath and lighting and everything is just kind of fused together. The checkout seems oddly tucked away in a corner instead of being by the exit of the store like all other locations. I get that it is in a mall and I don't necessarily think it is anyone's fault--they needed to make do with the space that they had...but it is not very comfortable being in this specific home goods. Maybe I just came in at a bad time, but it was so kramed that a customer knocked something over and broke glass while I was in there. You have to tiptoe and squeeze around this location. As mentioned, they do still have a good selection of items and I was able to find what I needed so there was no issues there. It is in a convenient location, which is always a perk!”

“Their store is very clean and well organized. The gentleman that they had working today in the furniture department was very experienced and very knowledgeable about all of the products. He even helped us get our large furniture item into our vehicle. This is a great location!”

“****READ - 5 stars because this store itself is great - however, Lawana, if you’re reading this - please know that your venomous, hostile, arrogant and entitled attitude was duly noted when you came into the store today (8/22/23 10:20) waving your employee badge around and demanding you be taken to the store manager. It appears you were there to help w staffing issues but regardless of the circumstances your treatment of the cashier, arrogance, and the embarrassment you made of yourself in front of the customers was inexcusable. “New Sandy location that took over Barnes & Noble by the Sandy Target. Huge store with a great children’s shoe selection. Only took 1 star off because of a few unprofessional employees. Didn’t catch names but around 8:30pm on Nov 27, there were a few dark haired men in the changing room lobby area just throwing profanity at each other and these weren’t guests, they were 100% employees. I saw some employees walk over to try and break up the situation but super unprofessional and they need to be fired.I wasn’t the only guests that was walking around and heard it all. Basically 2-3 employees bashing and swearing at each other. Everyone else I encountered was great, just not those in the changing room.Anyways I will go back because of their selection of children shoes & everything! Glad to finally see it open!”

“I can't say I had an "extraordinary" experience but there was nothing to detract me from giving any less than a five-star review for my current visit.I went during the day on a weekday when it's not very busy, I have heard that at busy times you can wait in line for a bit but my checkout was quick and easy.Ross typically has good deals on many things, today I picked up some dog toys and a few things from there small section of Sporting Goods. It's a decent place to pick up some basic tools or home decor as well.If you're looking for various types of items you know Ross has, it's a good to check with them first before other department stores as they often have better pricing, but be aware that their inventory changes often so you're not likely getting the exact same thing twice.Thanks for reading my review and I hope something good happens to you today.”

“A Patricia Nash gift set (crossbody bag and wallet) were marked on the outside of the box one price, INSIDE the box, the bag itself was marked a higher price. Two cashiers and their manager checked and cross checked numbers, found they didn’t match, but adjusted the price and so of course I purchased it!!! Kudos to their customer service and still made the changes with a smile. I appreciate them!!! Way to go!???????????”
