“Josh at the Draper location (11400 South location near Scheels) was amazing! He helped us get all the data transferred over to our new phones and answered all our questions about our new lines we added and even assisted us with a phone call to customer service. He was very patient helpful and kind. And on top of that he was able to juggle 3 other customers while helping us. His coworker left to the back for over an hour while he took care of everyone on his own. Josh is a very good example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond! Thank you Josh!”

“We came in today and talked about me upgrading and giving my phone to my son and Mario Sandigo helped us. He gave us all the numbers and info right up front, we said we would come back to switch it all when my son was out of school, went back and he was there, had the phone I wanted all ready and out to get switched, he made the process sooo easy, it came out to be cheaper than I was expecting and no surprise fees that we had to pay. He didn’t try to bug us about buying any cases, chargers or screen protectors like they usually do, we still ended up buying them hoping he gets the commission and if not, he deserves a raise at least. He was amazing with my 10 yr old as we were waiting for everything to switch over, they played a word game and he was so kind to my daughter as well. I’ve never ever had a phone buying process go so easy and smooth. We truly are grateful for Mario’s help and service. We will be returning to get my daughter a smart watch and will definitely work with him for as long as he is there working. Thank you so much!!!”

“Absolutely wonderful customer service. I went 1 and 2 days before Christmas when it was pretty busy, and the customer service was still wonderful. Every single employee there was absolutely top tier... Helping and greeting everyone in a friendly and professional, timely manner. I had 3 phones I needed assistance with, and ended up leaving with a nice new one for myself, as well as a free additional line and home Internet router... No money down. I love T-Mobile and have been with them for over a decade. They always have great deals and service, and this location has wonderful employees that know what they are doing, are quick and friendly, too!??”
