Being a customer of Metro T-Mobile I have to question some of the employees at this location and a few others. Different stores charge different amounts for stuff that should be free. I don't trust it.

The ladies that helped me on 4/23 are the best service people ever!! They were lovely and kind helping me to navigate getting an upgraded phone. They were wonderful!

Was able to use an old Verizon phone and an e Sim to get metro service for only 25
