“We have had a great experience with Arches! The coaches are all so nice. Heidi (the owner) is easy to work with. They honor makeup classes and are very flexible.
As for a couple of recent reviews, I really appreciate that they are honest with parents about whether or not their kid is ready to listen. They DO teach young kids regularly and they know how to tell if those kids are ready for class.”

We were visiting family and all of us came for a free trial and then I bought extra times but she took extra care to make sure we all had fantastic workouts and a great experience. She is very professional, And knowledgeable and helped the men in our group who exercise get some intense workouts. And she also helped me modify so that I was able to participate. She was such a fantastic trainer.”
