“We went in to this UPS store for help with printing in preparation for our child's birthday party. It was busy, but Michaela took the time to carefully walk us through sizing and quality options, answering questions with patience. We also had a bunch of square tokens that needed cutting after being printed. This was a ton of very fiddly work, but Michaela offered to take care of it as well. She did an incredibly neat job and even caught up with us as we went out the door to give us the pieces that had been missed because they got stuck under the machine. Thank you again for all the help Michaela!”

“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”
“I have shipped to my daughter in Argentina every other month with Pack Mule Express. It is delivered on time. I have never had any problems. And they are cheaper and faster than the other missionary shipping company I have tried.”
“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“Chloe was awesome!! I came earlier in the afternoon to use the copier in self checkout! I paid and copied my pages and left to handle the business I had with my copies when I arrived I noticed the pages were blank! With little ink marks on them. I came back and Choles customer service was above and beyond! She also knows what she’s talking about she looked up my purchase using the last four digits of my card. I know that process isn’t on the main page of pos! Thanks Chole and team!!”

But I had to wait to ask my question because the place seemed understaffed at the hour that I went in.
If I were the corporate office, I would use traffic patterns or data from the cameras to ensure that I was adequately staffed. Otherwise they’re going to have people walking out and losing business, or waiting too long.”

“I love that it's a focused location- it's not in another store, it's not also a copy center - it just help me mail my packages which is what I want. I also really like that they're parking so close to the door. Even when I can't get a cart it's not hard to get my heavy boxes inside. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I also like that the hours are later than any of the other FedExs around m”

“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.
