“I wish I had got the name of The associate working that answered my phone call I had been to two other stores trying to get these construction prints that are pretty important and it took me some time. Other stores were having Internet issues are printing issues, but when I called upset, she calmed me down, assured me they’ll get to working on it ASAP and she had her manager start getting my project ready. And construction sometimes you need things on the fly and I’m very grateful that they were able to accommodate me. The manager was super sweet as well as thank you again to the associate that answered my call and made it happen.! I don’t know who you are, but your manager will and you know who you are. I called into the print shop and spoke with an associate who told me to come on over and that she would be able to get the job done in about 20 minutes or so. “Post Mart is a fantastic mailing provider! They also have same day delivery to the MTC in Provo. So for parents and family with missionaries being trained in the MTC they are a great way to get packages to your beloved missionaries!!! Great prices i might add plus they sell candy for you to add some last minute sweets to your package to your missionary. Super nice staff and each time we went it was a great experience! On most days you have to have the MTC package at Post Mart before 2:30pm, they only deliver once a day to the MTC and in most cases the package is in your missionary's mailbox by 4pm.”

The only drawback was the store hours. When I stopped by the night before, it was already closed, which was earlier than some other FedEx locations I’ve used. I ended up coming back the next morning. Other than that, it was a positive and convenient experience.”

The worker also managed the checkout and Amazon returns lines simultaneously without making anyone wait too long (I had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes total, which was very reasonable). Store was clean with decent displays set out. A good staples store.”

“Very impressed - I sent in a basic Flyer + Business Card print request and they printed fast/easy SAME DAY. That is hard to find. Then, I noticed some of the Flyers didn’t turn out perfectly, so I brought some back and they reprinted the entire order for me for free!
Also, I wasn’t in love with the way business cards turned out on ChatGPT at first, so I sent an email to this FedEx office team with a few basic instructions — and they totally nailed it! They made the design changes for free, and reprinted all the business cards, again.
That is FIVE star service!! I love working with this location and will continue bringing my printing requests here.”

“Just wanted to give Bryce front the printing department a shout-out. This booklet was a hefty project for my university class, and Bryce’s great customer service gave me peace of mind while printing it. Bryce was very knowledgeable and kind while answering my MANY questions, and was patient with me while I had technical difficulties getting my documents off my computer. Bryce had helpful suggestions during the whole process. He’s a great employee! The printing department at the Orem Staples is lucky to have Bryce.
However, the cashier (probably a supervisor) likely in his mid 50s, eye glasses, salt and pepper hair and beard, and a tall & slim build— was NOT as stellar at customer service. He processed my Amazon return and didn’t speak a word to me. After, I asked, “do you know when I’ll get a confirmation email?”, to which he sneered, “why would I have any idea about that?” as he walked away. But, I couldn’t help noticing this cashier was much friendlier to the 5 or so middle-aged, male customers that came after me also returning packages. Does he have a grudge against young women?
Plus, I could smell his body odor (B.O.) from across the cash register, and his red t-shirt looked dirty.”
