“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

“I had a print job that I needed to get done within 2 hours. I called into the print shop and spoke with an associate who told me to come on over and that she would be able to get the job done in about 20 minutes or so. Once I checked in, she had the job completed in about 5 minutes. Amazing service and friendly people.”
“Post Mart is a fantastic mailing provider! They also have same day delivery to the MTC in Provo. So for parents and family with missionaries being trained in the MTC they are a great way to get packages to your beloved missionaries!!! Great prices i might add plus they sell candy for you to add some last minute sweets to your package to your missionary. Super nice staff and each time we went it was a great experience! On most days you have to have the MTC package at Post Mart before 2:30pm, they only deliver once a day to the MTC and in most cases the package is in your missionary's mailbox by 4pm.”

“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”

“I just have to give a rave review for Staples associate Canon. I walked up at 6:00, blissfully unaware that Staples closes at 6:00 on Saturdays. “Chloe was awesome!! I came earlier in the afternoon to use the copier in self checkout! I paid and copied my pages and left to handle the business I had with my copies when I arrived I noticed the pages were blank! With little ink marks on them. I came back and Choles customer service was above and beyond! She also knows what she’s talking about she looked up my purchase using the last four digits of my card. I know that process isn’t on the main page of pos! Thanks Chole and team!!”

“I love that it's a focused location- it's not in another store, it's not also a copy center - it just help me mail my packages which is what I want. I also really like that they're parking so close to the door. Even when I can't get a cart it's not hard to get my heavy boxes inside. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I also like that the hours are later than any of the other FedExs around m”
