“Great store! Super efficient, fast service with smart AND courteous employees. I was lucky to have Netanya helping me sort out QR codes and packages with such kind and expert skill one recent day when I had a big bunch of packages. I wondered how it'd all be shipped correctly but Netanya was focused and calm and obviously well trained. So much so, that I asked if her boss was there so I could share my gratitude. When Melissa came over, I recognized Melissa as one who helped me with extra care a different day. “Post Mart is a fantastic mailing provider! They also have same day delivery to the MTC in Provo. So for parents and family with missionaries being trained in the MTC they are a great way to get packages to your beloved missionaries!!! Great prices i might add plus they sell candy for you to add some last minute sweets to your package to your missionary. Super nice staff and each time we went it was a great experience! On most days you have to have the MTC package at Post Mart before 2:30pm, they only deliver once a day to the MTC and in most cases the package is in your missionary's mailbox by 4pm.”

“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”

“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“I use FedEx almost weekly for my work, and my organization has an account with them, so I’ve had plenty of experience with their service. I’m usually very satisfied, but this experience truly stood out.
Shana at the 351 W 12300 S location in Draper went above and beyond in a way that genuinely impressed me. There was an issue with an incorrect address on a shipment, and instead of just flagging it, she took the initiative to do some detective work to figure out the likely correct destination. She then called me directly to confirm and made sure my packages got where they needed to go.
That level of care, ownership, and follow-through is rare. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and lovely on the phone, her energy honestly brightened my day.
This is the kind of customer service that builds real loyalty. Huge thank you to Shana!”

“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.
