“PostNet went above and beyond in helping me. My mom passed away and I was digging through boxes looking for photos to display at her funeral. I was in a time crunch and needed her old photographs digitized to create high-quality digital copies.
When I called PostNet they were very accommodating and said they could do a quick turnaround.
When I went to the store Linda (owner) helped me. She was patient with me as I wasn't very organized. She scanned a couple while I was there to show me the quality. When I left she gave me her personal number in case I needed anything else. Who does that!?!

“Post Mart is a fantastic mailing provider! They also have same day delivery to the MTC in Provo. So for parents and family with missionaries being trained in the MTC they are a great way to get packages to your beloved missionaries!!! Great prices i might add plus they sell candy for you to add some last minute sweets to your package to your missionary. Super nice staff and each time we went it was a great experience! On most days you have to have the MTC package at Post Mart before 2:30pm, they only deliver once a day to the MTC and in most cases the package is in your missionary's mailbox by 4pm.”

“I had a great experience at the FedEx location in Orem. I really appreciated the quick service — I was able to walk in, drop off my package, and walk out without any delays or interruptions. The process was smooth and efficient.
The only drawback was the store hours. When I stopped by the night before, it was already closed, which was earlier than some other FedEx locations I’ve used. I ended up coming back the next morning. Other than that, it was a positive and convenient experience.”
“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”
“Very impressed - I sent in a basic Flyer + Business Card print request and they printed fast/easy SAME DAY. That is hard to find. Then, I noticed some of the Flyers didn’t turn out perfectly, so I brought some back and they reprinted the entire order for me for free!
Also, I wasn’t in love with the way business cards turned out on ChatGPT at first, so I sent an email to this FedEx office team with a few basic instructions — and they totally nailed it! They made the design changes for free, and reprinted all the business cards, again.
That is FIVE star service!! I love working with this location and will continue bringing my printing requests here.”

“I wish I had got the name of The associate working that answered my phone call I had been to two other stores trying to get these construction prints that are pretty important and it took me some time. Other stores were having Internet issues are printing issues, but when I called upset, she calmed me down, assured me they’ll get to working on it ASAP and she had her manager start getting my project ready. And construction sometimes you need things on the fly and I’m very grateful that they were able to accommodate me. The manager was super sweet as well as thank you again to the associate that answered my call and made it happen.! I don’t know who you are, but your manager will and you know who you are.
