“One Call Auto checked my car as it was having a problem starting. They told me it only needed a battery replacement. They did suggest that I get my timing belt replaced since my car had reached 100,000 miles and needed it replaced. They did this for good price and days sooner than other mechanics in the area. I Highly recommend their business and will go their for car repairs in the future.”

Looks like Car doctor isn't the well kept secret it was 5 years ago, but I still wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They've installed a transmission, a catalytic converter, and lots of smaller repairs for me, and they do good work. But more than that they are easy to talk to, and genuine people that I trust.”

“I came in with a low almost flat driver's side rear tire. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it and didn't even charge me. I asked them to charge me, and they still didn't. Needless to say next time I have something far more sinister going on I'll take my truck to them and they will charge me.”

“I was on my way to Fairview and realized a nail in my tire as I was fueling up at the gas station.
I didn't have a plug with me and it was almost 7am, and I'm running late. The only place open at the time was this one. Luckily, it was on my way, so headed there and the guys got me in, fixed the flat in no time and I was back on the road. Their customer service is top notch, and I'm grateful for their kindness. I have always taken my cars there and they know me by name and always greet me with a warm smile. I brought my car in for emissions and they got it done early and even looked over my car. “Honestly we have been completely impressed by the owner Jeff and his team, our car was a particularly cursed job and they have been amazing throughout all of the trouble. I broke down in front of their shop in May right as they were closing for the day and they helped me push my car in from the road and worked really hard to find a fix. The work they did was amazing, but sadly the car had another issue months later because of a deeper problem and they honored their warranty really well and helped us find a solution. They have been great from start to finish and I trust their expertise and also their business practices that they are honest and overall have done great work in even the worst of circumstances. I would really recommend them and hopefully the next car we bring in isn’t such a lemon to work on because I would trust them with any car because of all they did for our complex car situation.”

“I run a private transportation business and I pulled out of my garage with a very low pressure tires. The Big O tire shop was super busy and I was on the phone with another company just in case it was going to take too long to fix. I had two nails in my tires one in the side wall so it needed a new tire. I took an Uber to my house picked up a spare tire from my garage and then back to the tire shop. In about 30 minutes or less I had my tire put on and I was out the door without having to pay anything. Thanks guys!”
“Okay, I’m quite literally BLOWN AWAY by McNeil’s customer service! First things first, Erica is incredible, that girl knows her stuff and she was so helpful and kind. Erica was able to help fit me in last minute, ordered a Lyft for me, and even helped carry out my groceries to the Lyft.
