“These guys are amazing!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. As a broke college student with a beat up car, I have spent my fair share of time working on my own car and then handing it over to mechanics when I can't seem to figure it out. Jonathan is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Took me in, was great at communicating over text any updates he had. I had recently replaced my fuel pump with a part from rock auto that was throwing a lean condition code. After diagnosing it for a couple of days, Jonathan tried the fuel pump, found out that was the culprit, went and bought one from O'Reilly's for around $500 and let me know the total cost. After explaining everything he had done, he explained that if I wanted to order the part myself from a less-expensive dealer he would assist me in replacing the pump when it came in and only charge me the cost for time spent diagnosing the problem. Once the part came I went back and he was 110% true to his word and extremely helpful! I can't express my gratitude enough for this shop and Jonathan for being straight-up about what car repairs should cost and for showing care for their customers. I will forever be coming back to this place for any repair I have if Jonathan is still around!01/18/24 UPDATE - I went back to these guys for a faulty power window and Jonathan took my car inside, lightly hit my door with his fist and magically the window started rolling up again. Saysha was really nice and upon seeing the (minimal) extent of the repair, was committed to getting it fixed on the spot. “I stopped by Veteran Detail to get ideas on how to remove car wax from a strip of carbon fiber wrap on my car. Paddy was kind and courteous and stepped away from the job he was doing to help me out. He personally applied a mild cleaning agent that stripped the wax residue without affecting the wrap. Kindness always wins!”
