But on top of that, I was waiting patiently to get some stuff from the little store they have and I watch a customer berate the clerk so much.... so much. I honestly hope that chick reads this. "Better than you" doesn't work for me. I do not like you, woman. Everyone pays the same. You and your little dog can go way down. Actually, it isn't your dog's fault that you suck.Breakfast was good. Property was very colorful and clean, room was awesome,,clean, breakfast was great , the breakfast attendant Billie was amazing, she was on top of it, the front desk lady crystal was amazing, super happy and always has a smile on her face. “I'll start off with the good:The breakfast was 4* Was Very good. Lots of options and the food was fresh. It was actually a nice change as a lot of places are still in pandemic delusion.Now for bad:First, we asked for a joining rooms which we originally didn't get but I know they had (will explain later)Second, my parents room their door to the a joining room (which we originally didn't get) the door didn't close. Like I don't mean lock, it didn't even stay closed, which would mean if there were someone in the other room they could just walk in.We called to tell the desk and they Knew about it...We asked if we could get that room so at least we would be in the room instead of a stranger.Third, the pool. First it was cold. Second there were literally No towels available. We had to use the washcloths that they provided in the neiboring workout room.Fourth the place was a bit rundown. The elevator looked like it hadn't been painted for years. And had spots where it had come off. Just looked trashy.I forgot to mention, we were watching TV in the other room. When we went to ours the reception was really bad. We called the desk and they told us to "wiggle the cord"Also the lamps by the beds have plugs. When I tried to plug in my phone the lamp would shut off....Other than all that the place was great.”

“First and foremost, put a sign on the side of the road with an arrow pointing to where this business is. I thought the business didn't exist even though I followed directions on Google Maps I had to pull over into a vacant parking lot, recheck the directions, make an illegal u-turn and drive slower to finally see the business. How in the hell do you expect someone to find your business when it's all the way in the back like you trying to hide and don't want customers? Aside from it being in an area I'm not familiar with the entrance and lobby is small but very clean.The room was very clean, let me tell you how clean it was after I walked into my room: My ADHD-self sprayed Lysol and wiped down the nightstands, dresser drawers, the table, television stand, microwave, recliner, coat hangers, bathroom sink, the sheets and pillows, the bed and headboard. I even sprayed the damn floor! The room was very clean because I used one of white washcloths to spray and wipe everything down and didn't see any brown or dark residue. Bravo, Housekeeping”

“Our room was quite nice other than the air conditioning was still on and we basically had to turn it off and request a portable space heater because it felt like winter in the room. Also the bathtub would fill up when you're in the shower so your feet were basically underwater very slow drainage but overall it was a nice clean room.”

“Honestly, amazing people. Great and hot breakfast ready, and a local shuttle service to get you to and fro. Airport shuttle included. My rig was in the shop for the night, and they pucked both myself and my dog up from the repair shop and took me back to it.Will stay again if I end up in the area.”
“I thought this place was great, we went skiing at Snowbasin and then went to the Banff film festival at the Egyptian Theatre next door. What I really liked about this place was the location near a wide variety of interesting and reasonably play priced restaurants.”
“Beds were nice, check in was quick, we were missing a remote but the night clerk was quick to get us one! It was very clean and quiet I slept very well! Then hot coffee was provided......excellent! I would recommend a stay at this hotel to my grandma! Lol! We will be back!”

“We received conflicting answers regarding the TLE room we would ne matched with. After being told we only qualified for a 1 bedroom we decided to live out of our empty home for 2 weeks. Out of desperation we tried again at week 3 and got a different answer and decided to move in. We were pleased that wheelchair friendly options were availability. We've used pet and non pet friendly TLE here. The laundry facilities were horrible and unacceptable (took 4 cycles to dry a normal size load of laundry...and multiple families were trying to do laundry at the same time). Hopefully the ice comment about that fixes the situation. The furniture and set up is fine. Everything is provided. I would rather stay in an airbnb but without a nonA this will do. I've seen better TLE (at other bases you stay in an actual furnished home) but it was better than our empty home with air mattresses. Everything we needed was basically there besides salt, pepper, cooking oils, laundry soap etc.”
