“Selfishly I don’t want to share how amazing this shop is because in the last two years since I discovered them, they’ve become incredibly busy! Truthfully, I cannot say enough good things about cottonwood garage. Being a single female and walking into a shop can be a daunting experience, but no fear, these guys are super trustworthy and honest. I never feel they’re going to upsell me on ANYTHING I don’t absolutely need. In fact, I’ve come in asking for specific services and even though they COULD perform them just because I asked, they’re honest with me if I don’t need it/can wait it out a bit longer. The staff is overall incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ll add that I was having a rough morning but getting to chat with the staff while I waited for my car really helped turn my day around. They don’t even know how down I had been before I walked through their door. Kudos to Cottonwood Garage for keeping the small shop mentality alive in a challenging economy where impersonal big businesses are taking over.”
