“After 2 years of automatic payments I come to realize that Canyon View had been charging me $75 a month for lack of insurance. After two weeks of back and forth emails with Canyon View and Progressive with no solutions, I ended up in front of Ms. Cherry at the Holladay branch. She patiently waited while Progressive made us wait over an hour to verify they would send the needed documents. She went through my loan history, noted the amount I was owed back, and even verified a real human would be on the receiving end of the third party company Canyon View has insurance companies fax to.
She then called the third party to verify receipt of the faxes. Ms. Cherry patiently assisted me the entire ordeal so that I would not have to come back or email anyone back again. Its for her I give the 3 stars.”
