“Super simple process! It's inside the Hardware store right by the Kent's. You just got to the service counter which is in the middle of the store, you give them your tracking info and the address it was supposed to be delivered too. Super quick and easy, Rodney is who was working when I stopped in, he has a gorgeous smile and was super kind. I will be visiting the store again just for the store!”
“I’ve been to multiple FedEx locations and this one, like the others, is top notch! I called before going in and Noah was very knowledgeable of the different options they could provide for me. When I went in Noah instantly got everything that we had talked about on the phone ready. Very quick and easy process! The posters I printed are high quality and have been used as gifts. I went in again months later and Noah again went above and beyond recognizing me, setting me up with the same materials I had used the previous time and even had to chase me out into the parking lot to return my flash drive I’d accidentally left! “There was no other customers when I went around 4:00/4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The young man was super helpful and nice but the middle aged lady was rude and acted like me using some of their tape was coming directly out of her paycheck or something. The building was really clean and the small parking lot was nice enough considering the location. Also, I only had a photo of my shipping label and the young man just had me email him a copy and he was able to print it off and taped it to my package for me.”

Most the time I've already paid for postage, but when I haven't they have always been patient and talked me through different options and pricing.They don't set the prices at the location, so can't complain if something costs more than you wanted to spend to mail it.”
