“I stopped at the Sinclair in Mountain Green during a drive through the canyon, and it was a nice place to take a quick break. The pumps were easy to get in and out of, and everything looked clean without feeling overly polished. It was a cool morning, and I remember catching that familiar smell of gasoline mixed with fresh mountain air while the breeze came through the lot. I stood there for a second after filling up just enjoying the quiet before getting back on the road.
Inside, the cashier was friendly without trying too hard to make conversation, which honestly fit the mood. I grabbed a drink and noticed a couple of locals chatting near the coffee station while someone else hurried back to their truck. There was a short wait because one register was busy, but it only lasted a minute or two. Nice store.”

“I had an excellent experience at this location thanks to Gina. She provided outstanding customer service while assisting us with obtaining cash and clearly explaining the available options. Throughout our visit, she remained attentive, professional, and helpful not only to us but to other customers as well.
What stood out most was her ability to enforce store policies respectfully and professionally. For example, when addressing a customer who attempted to enter without a shirt, she communicated the store’s policy clearly, courteously, and with kindness. She handled the situation with professionalism while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Gina demonstrated exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping customers. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a gas station, and her efforts made a lasting positive impression.
