“This place saved our lives a few years back. I don’t mean to be melodramatic, but our family was coming from the North Rim of the GC and hadn’t had dinner and it was getting late. Because of the time difference in the summer between AZ and UT, we were able to have fun making our own “dirt burgers”, as local teenager called them and didn’t have to go to bed hungry that night. “Friendly store staff and they sell beer (which is all you can buy in Utah grocery stores, and 5% or less ABV at that). But with the produce, we're baffled why it's consistently lacking in freshness. More specifically, wilting and in some cases even rotting. We're locals who know enough that this isn't an isolated case that we save Glacier's for the emergency runs but make our main supply runs elsewhere.”
