“When Coys Wheel announced a while back that they were going to make an 8 Lug C20 Wheel, I just needed to know who was going to take my money. These wheels were definitely worth the wait. The 1 piece design looks awesome. USPS messed up the delivery and Coys assisted until we resolved the problem. I highly recommend these wheels and company.”

I’ll admit, I stopped going to Les Schwab a few years ago after a pricing dispute left a bad taste in my mouth. But when I found myself in an emergency situation recently, I decided to give them another shot, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
Hunter was the first to help me out this time around. He was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through tire options and making sure everything was properly inflated. Super easy to work with, and it really set the tone for a great experience.
But the real MVP of my most recent visit was Burt. I’ve been working on getting my Nissan Titan back in shape, and after installing a new suspension kit, I brought it in for an alignment. My wife took it in on a Monday, but something still felt off when I was driving it later in the week. I brought it back in on Saturday morning, and they got me in immediately.
Burt spent over two hours checking the alignment and even went above and beyond to double-check the work I had done myself. Turns out I hadn’t torqued the outer tie rod ends correctly, and that was throwing everything off. Not only did Burt take the time to explain what went wrong, but he did it with patience, professionalism, and zero judgment. He was incredibly apologetic for the delay (even though it wasn’t their fault) and made sure the truck left the shop 100% dialed in.
Thanks to Hunter, Burt and the team, my truck is driving better than ever. I appreciate the honesty, the hard work, and the genuine care they showed.

“My brakes unexpectedly gave out on my drive back up to Cache Valley area, and I was just able to pull into this Jiffy Lube last minute. Every employee was very helpful, showing me exactly what the issue was and breaking down how they were going to fix it. It ended up being a bigger issue than initially thought, and they handled it with great expertise and care. I believe it was Justin M. who helped me along the way and he did such a great job keeping me informed and I felt comfortable knowing that he was honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely put my vehicle in their care again!”

“Vera does great work, and pays attention to detail. I brought in a vehicle that had been torn apart by a previous mechanic (not affiliated with this shop). Vera did an engine swap for me and carefully repaired all of the other damage that the previous mechanic had created. My car is back, no warning lights, and running great. He's very competent and thoroughly understands auto repair, even for the big jobs. I'm grateful for his help, and I trust him for all of my car repair needs.”
