“I was able to get services within days, which helped since I was moving back to UT from AK.Fluffy & Angel were prompt, courteous and great folks. They went out of their way to ensure the packaging was taken and were careful with my expensive items.Would highly recommend!!”
“We had a unit since 2017 and never had any issues. Place was well taken care of and Gary always took care of us. The price was always better for the size we had for other places in the area. We moved out today as we've moved out of the area. We were very happy with SYS and would definitely rent with them again.”
“YARD ONLY REVIEW: Solid depot, staff are friendly and the facilities are VERY clean. Two showers, but no single-stall bathrooms, washers and dryers are new, and there's plenty of space and grass to stretch dogs and tired legs. This and the Gary, Indiana yard are the top two in my opinion, even if the Utah heat flattens your spirit.
Service crew looks out for their drivers, and I heard of them escalating one driver's issue with their rig all the way to Freightliner to get it fixed.
Shaded seating for smokers, vending machines are crisp, and there's a Walmart and Del Taco within walking distance if you're up for it.
The worst thing about this yard is that Hill AFB has a fighter jet flight path directly overhead, but it was cool to see an F22 screaming by.”
“Facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The new employees are doing an amazing job at correcting the mistakes past employees made. One of the employees, Jenn, has been extremely friendly whenever I've dealt with her, and always helps answer all the questions I have.If you are looking for somewhere to store your belongings, I highly recommend Layton Hills Storage!”
“I had rented a U-Haul in Texas to be a one way back to Utah. The representative in Texas made a mistake and changed it as an in town rental. We took the U-Haul to Clearfield to get some assistance on what to do as the truck needed to be returned to Texas. Nicki (I apologize I am not sure how they spell their name) helped us. Nicki was professional, kind, efficient and helped us resolve the issue even though it was not this locations error. I appreciate the help so much after being on the phone with multiple representatives getting the run around. Nicki did not pass the buck to another representative or told us to come back later but helped us resolve our questions and issues from start to finish. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding to help resolve. If I ever need to rent again it will be at this location. Thank you!!”
