“My car had a loud noise coming from the front right side, and I didn't know where to take it. I went to AutoZone to have it checked. They tested the battery and everything else, and everything came back green. While I was there, Duane was there and asked me what was wrong with my car, so I told him about the noise. He told me that if I had time, I could follow him to his shop, and he could take a look at it. I followed him to his shop, and he told me it was the water pump. He explained in detail what needed to be done, though I didn’t understand much. Three days later, I took my car to him, and it was fixed perfectly. The price was half of what other places were charging. I highly recommend him! On top of that he’s a man of faith, which speaks even more about his character.”

My husband and I have had TERRIBLE experiences at dealerships, and this was a breath of fresh air. We were very upfront with them about our boundaries (no trackers, no maintenance packages, extras, etc.) and they respected every single one of them! They were kind, personable, and empathetic to our previous experiences with other dealers.
Jordan Beutler was a phenomenal salesman, that helped show us the options without pressuring us into anything we didn’t want! We also talked with a lot of the other staff, and they all seemed like really upstanding people!

“I had an incredible experience buying from Young Buick GMC. Our sales rep was Miguel and he was amazing! We wanted a newer model that wasn't available yet and he spent the time to help us find exactly what we wanted. His product knowledge was vast and when we purchased our Acadia Denali, he spent the time patiently walking through the entirety of the new infotainment system, camera systems, and in-dash tech. I've had a few conversations with him since we purchased to ask additional questions and he is always willing to help. If every car sales professional were like him, I'm convinced the auto industry would sell a lot more vehicles. The financing process at young was very low pressure, easy, and quick. I wasn't constantly bombarded with upsells or strange incentives. We'll be back to purchase our next vehicle for sure.”

“I send an interest email to them and receive a response within the same day. I asked several questions reguarding the vehicle which were swiftly answered. There was damage on the vehicle that was told to me before I flew in from out of state. When I arrived I was allowed to fully inspect the vehicle. The car drove like a dream; however, a bit too much cosmetic flaws for me. The car will be a great car for someone who isn't as picky as me. I appreciate the constant contact from staff and welcoming when I arrived. Unfortunately, a deal was not completed during my trip.”

Having bought another vehicle earlier this year from a large dealership, this was a refreshing change of pace — the way car buying used to be. Butter’s Auto feels like a good old-fashioned local dealership where everything is straightforward and fair.
Negotiating was easy, there were no crazy add-on fees like you see at big dealers, and Jeff was very accommodating working with my bank. Overall, a smooth and honest experience. “This was my first time buying a car and it was a wonderful experience!! The brakes that are in the car are wearing a bit thin so Mario set me up with an IOU and I’ll be getting them replaced next week free of charge. He added it right into the contract, and I didn’t even have to ask. On top of that, Mario was able to help cut down the price which was a huge help. Very friendly and helpful guy ready to answer any questions you may have, he isn’t in your face about buying and lets you decide at your own pace which I appreciated as a young, first time buyer.
Something to note, they can’t finance you unless you’re making at-least 1600 a month, so plan on paying in full or financing with your bank if that apply to you. There is also a Les Schwab about a 5 minute drive away and is a great place to get to your tires evaluated and to get a “Pre-Trip” test done for extra reassurance before you buy. Mario was very encouraging about getting my own evaluations of the car done, which made me feel much more comfortable buying.
Overall, I would/will definitely buy another a car with them.
