“Jim helped us navigate the unethical insurance company tactics. Progressive wrote a poor estimate based off of pictures. When we asked to have it looked at in person Progressive said no, if we take it to the shop we lose the option to take a payout instead of repair (false, lie, unethical). This was clearly manipulative and Jim helped us stand up to Progressive's bullying. The accurate repair estimate was $4,500 higher. To put that into perspective, that's 225% higher. Progressive was trying to cheat us. Thanks Jim.”

“Took our Allegro Open Road Motorhome to JP Collision for painting and mechanical issues we were having. It was a great experience taking our motorhome to Scott to be repaired. The best part was that they do it all. They painted, repaired the generator, fixed the ice maker and changed the oil. One stop shopping you can't beat that. We couldn't have been happier with the results. It's a 2015 but once again looks brand new. We had sticker shock but it was worth every penny we had to spend. “I brought my vehicle in for Service B, which includes a full brake inspection. I was told everything passed and was not informed of any brake wear or concerns.
Immediately after the service, I began experiencing what appears to be metal-on-metal brake contact, which is a serious safety issue and should have been identified during the inspection.
I contacted the service department manager via email to raise my concerns and never received a response.
This experience has left me questioning whether the inspection was performed thoroughly and whether my vehicle was handled properly while in their care. I expected better communication and accountability, especially given the safety implications.
Mike, the service department manager called me not even 24hours after I expressed my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure service met standards when I returned. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike. Thank you.”

The main issue was the timeline. What should have been a more straightforward repair ended up taking close to two months due to back-and-forth with the insurance company over additional work. While I understand they aim for high-quality results, the delay made things stressful and inconvenient.
I’d suggest focusing more on quicker alignment with insurance approvals so customers aren’t stuck waiting too long, especially if a rental isn’t guaranteed.
Overall, solid work quality, but the process could be smoother and faster.”

“I brought these guys my vehicle to fix the front fenders and rocker panels after it had been dropped off a jack at a local shop. The people at Auto Body Express and Car Sales were honest with their estimate and far cheaper than alternatives in the area ($850 compared to the $2250 estimate for the same work at Higgins Body and Paint). They finished the work promptly and were communicative throughout the process. These guys are definitely worth at least getting an estimate from if you have some work coming up. They also offer bilingual services.”
