“We’ve been in to O’Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We’ve had a good experience every time we’ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we’ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we’re in. “Yesterday I started having car issues at the worst time of day! I came to the auto center about an hour before closing hoping and praying that they would be able to take me in for a replacement car battery. They were super busy but the employee understood the position I was in. He was so kind and added my car to the list. I truly appreciate him staying an hour or so past closing to finish up! Great experience when I was in a bind!!!
