“I experienced a strange incident where some highly reflective windows on a large office building facade melted and warped the plastic wheel trim on my vehicle. I didn't initially understand what happened so I took it immediately to Caliber Collision and asked for their expertise. They provided an estimate for the repair and ordered the part. Less than 24 hours later they called me to say that the replacement part was in and they could install it the same day. All for less than my insurance deductible.
Not only was the service quick and efficient but the employees were incredibly friendly. I have previously gone to the Murray location - they are great - and the State Street location is just as great.”

I went in after messing up my Tacoma. I was bummed. My first new vehicle. I arrived 20 minutes before close trying to figure something out. Brandon was at the office (busy of course) and he greeted me and asked how he could help. I showed him the damage I did to my truck and he looked and had me pull around. He and Cler buffed and polished transfer damage away in just a few minutes and sent me on my way.
Here the thing. I didn't know what I was doing. They did. They didn't wait, even though they were busy. They just fixed it. They didn't try to get something out of me and they totally could have! They looked at it, saw it was something they could fix very easily, and they did and they didn't charge a penny.
I am not used to not feeling chargef at every turn in this world. These guys gave me their attention and service and did it out of the goodness of their hearts.
This was truly one of the greatest experiences of service I've ever recieved. They have me as a customer and I hope they have you too.

“Had two leaf springs fail and crack on my clients custom satellite trailer. Stranded on Interstate 15, called PBC and spoke to Hillary. Her Knowledge over the phone spoke for itself. I made the two hour drive to pick up the parts. I was greeted with all the right questions then provided a couple different leaf spring options. She nailed it and the parts fit perfect. I’m certain PBC has just about anything you could need for any type of trailer. Great people, service and product.”
“I have a 1989 325ix, the front cv axles are incredibly sparse online and cost an arm and a leg to purchase. the boots were damaged along with the joints on the inside. the repair cost me just over 200 dollars and have been amazing thus far! i am very pleased!!”

“Originally called a few years back to ask questions about a 1995 D90 I was going to buy sight unseen from California. I was just some guy calling out of the blue, but Tom and Bill sat on the phone with me for an hour. I didn't end up buying that one, but ironically awhile later they had a customer selling theirs, which I ended up buying. These guys do amazing work and are very reasonably priced. As you might expect when dealing with experts in their field, it can be hard to get an appointment -- but it's well worth the wait.”

“Took our Allegro Open Road Motorhome to JP Collision for painting and mechanical issues we were having. It was a great experience taking our motorhome to Scott to be repaired. The best part was that they do it all. They painted, repaired the generator, fixed the ice maker and changed the oil. One stop shopping you can't beat that. We couldn't have been happier with the results. It's a 2015 but once again looks brand new. We had sticker shock but it was worth every penny we had to spend. I highly recommend JP Collision you'll be happy you took your vehicle there.”
