“This place is small and cute. They have a variety of oriental items. Prices are a little high, expected in a small shop in a mall. The lady was very friendly. I took some photos of the items I liked , the clothes seem to be made out of real silk.”

They have a huge selection of different styles (including tall & petite which is sooo nice) & lots of colors and it was clean/organized!! “Update to review: Thank you so much for your response, it was kind and refreshing. I appreciate you talking to your staff to make the shopping experience as great and fair as possible! I definitely will be back, and have updated my review back to five stars. So sad to update this review from five to two stars.I went in today and was asked to have my bag put behind the counter (normal procedure- no biggie). However, a few more customers walked in soon after, but they were not asked to do the same. Our bags were the similar size— small to medium-sized. The employee seemed to stay near me at the rack, as if I was going to steal? As I left and came back she continued to keep an eye on me. I walked around the store to browse elsewhere, but had a hard time focusing b/c of the situation. This is when I noticed other customers with purses, some backpacks, shopping. A few customers had bags bigger than mine. After being unable to focus and feeling as if I was being treated unfairly, I had to leave. I understand if it’s a policy to have bags behind the counter, but it should be enforced for all. For an inclusive place, I did not feel so. I’m sad writing this because I have been shopping here since the first store opened, and I really love the owner. I was looking forward to buying fits for my bachelorette party. Not sure when or if I will be back.”

“First time shopper at New Balance and Joshua at union park was welcoming and helpful without being pushy or “salesmany” if that’s even a word. With his help and expertise I picked out a great shoe and even though I returned it the next day due to my bro surprising me with my favorite Altra shoe that night. He was still welcoming and helpful with my return. I would recommend this store especially because of Joshua!”
“The clerks were very nice. However, we had to go back to the store because they only gave 20% off instead of 40% off. Instead of reverse the overcharge of $53, they charged us another $50. They then reversed that charge of $53 and still owes us original $50.”

“Great experience, was greeted with some really friendly sales folks. I told them that I'm looking for a specific piece of furniture that been difficult to find. It is so happened they had the exact piece I was looking for in the color and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quality of the furniture is difficult to match, and I've always had a positive experience with the people there. One of the better furniture stores in the Salt Lake area no doubt!”

“I was so sad to read the previous review because I have had the exact opposite experience every time I've gone into this store. I joke it's the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants store because everything looks good on everyone. The first time I came into this store I was super down after having no luck finding a dress for a wedding. First pick by the woman working here and I've now worn the dress to three big events. Love the store and really love the people who work here.”
“It was Christmas Eve and we were grabbing a couple of last minute things when my son saw a boom box at the Travis Mathew store in Fashion Place that he wanted for Christmas. The doors were already closed as it was past closing time, but in a desperate attempt to at least see the boom box, I knocked on the door and asked if I could at least just look at it. Not only did they kindly open the door, but they offered to go in the back to scour out a new boom box for him. The manager and associates went way above and beyond and despite our numerous apologies, they never seemed put out even though I’m certain they were exhausted. They were kind, courteous, and cheerful. The store always has such a positive vibe and you can tell that they work well with each other and their customers love them. They quite literally made my son’s Christmas. Very very grateful customer.”

“I love the South Jordan Uptown Cheapskate so much! I always get excellent customer service and have the best experience! They are always up on the current fashion trends, have a huge selection in all sizes, in all categories no matter what you are looking for and more! They have new stuff every single time I go in, which is a lot! I also sale my clothes to them and that has always been fair and great!
