“Tanika was a lifesaver!!!! I had a wardrobe malfunction...of the spongebob variety...literally had my pants split, from the back to the middle and around again. I was there the moment they opened. She helped me pull some options and I walked out with new pants to get me through the day. I shop with Torrid mostly online for the extended sizes and was worried about finding something in my size. Turns out I'm able to fit into a smaller size now! Thanks so much to Tanika and Torrid for saving me today. I live about an hour from my job and it was a relief I didn't have to take 2 hours to go change.”
“i walked in today having no idea what my bra size was—pretty sure the last time i bought a real bra was back in 2020 ?. emily greeted me right away, and when i told her i needed a fitting, she was more than happy to help. she measured me and found my correct size (which was totally different from what i thought).
emily was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time. she helped me try on several different styles and gave really helpful, honest feedback. it made the whole experience so easy and actually enjoyable. i’d definitely recommend this location—and especially emily—if you’re looking for help finding the right bra! ?”

Would like to call out Cierra in particular which helped my wife track down a unique pair of boots (one of two across all US stores). She called up two other stores and coordinated a transfer to help us out with this one. We really appreciate her going the extra mile for us and likely other customers. “The older women that was working at the dressing rooms was so rude and impatient. I was taken aback because we only wanted to try on a few things and she was so rude about it. Like sorry for inconveniencing you to do the job you get paid to do. Someone must have pissed in her breakfast cereal. Otherwise everyone else that works here has been great with us. Negative stars for the dressing room lady and 5 for everyone else.”

She instantly offered to start me a room and took items off my hands so I could keep shopping comfortably. She quickly exchanged sizes for me and helped me get around as I had my child with me.
