The issues we did have were due to either miscommunication or irresponsible dog owners not cleaning up after themselves, however, office staff and the property manager are very friendly and will work to resolve any issues you have if you let them know about it. “The place is amazing. The building and units are really well maintained and having a heated parking garage is a crazy good perk. Being able to walk 30 seconds and be on the frontrunner station is something I won't take for granted again. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, the issue is solved really quickly. I feel like the walls are much thicker and have better soundproofing than anywhere else I've lived. Its been a great place to live and the people and staff here have always been friendly and keep the place nice.”
