“Merry Christmas! I purchased a 6lb boneless prime rib roast tied. It was beautiful and delicious. All I did was dry brine it with salt and pepper for 24hrs and cooked it up. It was perfect medium-rare. Such a nice cut of meat! Wish I could include a picture.”

They'll season or marinate anything for be free! They also sell any beef, chicken, or pork in 34. 50, or 100 pound freezer packs. It may be small but worth the stop!”
