The quality difference was noticeable immediately, especially with berries, lettuce, and tomatoes. Staff members regularly rotate products and keep displays organized, which gives the entire store a cleaner and more professional feel. Compared to larger chain supermarkets, this market feels much more focused on freshness and customer experience. It’s become our preferred stop whenever we’re preparing meals that rely heavily on fresh ingredients.”
“I have been shopping at el mate for years. They have gone through different owners but they seem to have more products now. Lola runs the front desk and she is really nice (she is not on her phone the whole time while trying to ring you up like a previous worker). She is really helpful and really good at answering questions you may have about the different productos. Please make sure to stop by and support this store.”
“We’ve all been in a situation where dealing with medication can be at times, difficult. Weather it’s because our physician has made it that way or the pharmacy…. but tonight, Jason made everything incredibly easy for me. I personally feel like he went above and beyond to ensure that I had an easy time transferring my medication over.”

“Garcia’s Market is a great local spot, especially if you’re looking for authentic Mexican ingredients and prepared foods. Their weekend barbacoa is really good! Flavorful, tender, and definitely worth stopping by for. The meat section also stands out, with good quality cuts that you don’t always find at larger chain grocery stores.
One thing to note is that some items in the produce and canned goods sections are a bit more expensive compared to the grocery store down the street. But that’s fairly typical for smaller markets, and it’s nice knowing you’re supporting a local business.
Overall, it’s a solid neighborhood market with great specialty items, and it’s exciting to see them growing. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.”
“It's quaint for a Walmart, manageable to shop for grocery necessities and not be overwhelmed. I sometimes wish there more selection, but the location is convenient for a quick market run and an expansion would probably make it busier.”
“Our family has used this Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy for years and have always been well taken care of. Their knowledge and willingness to help when we are sick is much appreciated. I watch them elequintly work with my doctor, my insurance company and what meds are available or not, on a regular basis, which makes for a difficult job. “It’s a decent place to shop. They generally have what you need. It’s just a bit crowded, and the prices aren’t very competitive. Using points for cheaper gas is great, and extra points from pharmaceuticals are a nice help. The flower shop isn’t always upfront with their pricing, but that’s only on rare occasion.
I like shopping here when the crowds are minimal.”
