“Looking for a particular produce that they have carried for years. It's difficult l suddenly of the shelf. It's been a month now ... Nothing. I spoke to someone from the dairy about the plant-based yogurts. He couldn't give me any information. I went back multiple times after looking for the product and have seen nothing. I called spoke to someone in the dairy. They couldn't give me any answers. I asked if the manager please call me back so I know if I need to start going somewhere else to buy it. That was a week ago. No word!”

“This walmart is my favorite one in the county. Store still looks modern, clean and organized. The employees here tend to be more helpful than other locations. Plenty of parking.”

“The only grocer in Syracuse, other than Walmart, so locals have almost no choice but to shop here. For it to be a fairly small store, produce department is pretty decent and the meat department workers are very friendly. If a customer wants items, such as crawfish, you just let that department know 2-3 days in advance. I've eaten a couple of salads from the deli area that were pretty good. My favorite item from the bakery is the jumbo chocolate frosted donut that's about the size of a plate.”

“I don't like shopping at Walmart and I try not to, but on occasions, I have to. For instance, Walmart carries the large bag of dog food that I can't find other places. And since Walmart is nearby and opened late, it's convenient when I'm in a pinch. What I like about the Syracuse Walmart, as opposed to many other Walmarts that I have visited over the years, is that it is fairly clean and it's never crowded when I've gone there. The new manager in the auto department is friendly and accommodating.”
