“We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”
“Downeast is my favorite store to shop at. The clothes quality some of best quality clothes I have found above WHBM, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Madewell etc. I love the one to one customer service I receive at their Layton location.”

We got to the Vans store and he quickly got to work. He helped me, my son and fiancé find the right size shoe and would undo each lace and hand it to us.
He has a great attitude and a good work ethic. Thank you Dominic for making my experience easy and stress free, I will be back but only on days he’s there! ❤️❤️❤️”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Maurices in the Layton Hills Mall! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Kim — the absolute sweetest and most amazing associate — made it happen perfectly. She not only found exactly what I described, but made the whole shopping experience fun, exciting, and honestly empowering. I didn’t expect to enjoy shopping this much, but Kim completely changed my attitude — I left feeling like a million bucks!
I found the cutest pair of jeans that fit better than I ever imagined possible — I didn’t even know jeans could make me feel this confident. Kim hyped me up the entire time and was so kind and caring that I honestly wanted to adopt her as my personal style coach. I even left to browse other stores…and ended up coming right back just to get her opinion on a cover-up, which she nailed again.
Maurices has the most adorable clothes at super affordable prices — totally worth it. The whole vibe is welcoming, fun, and uplifting. 5 out of 5 stars, 10 out of 10 experience — and Kim deserves ALL the praise. I can’t wait to go back!”

“Finally mens shirts that fit, comfy, fairly breathable. Fair priced as well. Killer colors as well. Sand brown, sage green, bright blue, sky blue, Lavender purple, white, gray, charcoal. They're nice shirts. Buy a size larger they do shrink a size.”
“My husband and I were in-store today picking up an online order. The process with the staff was quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait long at all to pick up my order. When you order online for in-store pickup, they don't charge the card until you pick up, which is nice if you end up changing your mind before you go get the item. I'm always impressed with how clean and organized the store is here (sometimes there are retail stores that can't seem to keep clothes folded or on the racks but this AE location does a great job). Their dressing rooms were also clean and it was easy to get one when we needed one. They had a great deal on shorts while we were there so we got a few pairs. Overall, I like the in-store experience here significantly more than a lot of retail clothing stores I've been to before!”
