“Wow!! I don’t write many Google reviews but this place absolutely deserves one. I went in a little uneasy, as I am very much a novice in the BBQ world. I talked to Chase and Kade and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable despite my lack of knowledge about smoking. Two of the friendliest people of I think I’ve ever worked with, despite me coming in near closing time. They were both full of very helpful tips and things to be aware of about my new Yoder smoker. I was skeptical how a BBQ supply store could have such a high rating, but I totally get it now. I couldn’t be happier! Whatever these guys get paid, it’s definitely not enough! Great dudes!”

“The staff here is amazing!! I came in trying to fix my broken tub spout. Unfortunately the brand I had required a wider diameter internally and I had a very difficult time finding the correct spout. They helped me research it until the correct part/model was found. This saved me so much time and money!! I was able to order the correct part, and it took less than 5 minutes to install. I appreciate their time and efforts to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place!”

“I love The Cleaning Supplier. They have been my “go to store” for years in regards to cleaning supplies and even carpet cleaners. They have quality products. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable and take the time to give me detailed directions on how to use the product I am purchasing.”

“Bought a whirlpool fridge from the Riverdale location in September. It had a 1 year warranty. The compressor unfortunately went out in February. I called the pleasant grove store on a Saturday at 10am. They had a replacement, more valuable Maytag fridge delivered and installed by 3:30pm the SAME DAY! 100% recommend and am sad they closed the Riverdale store.”

“ThermoWorks is not only the gold standard for thermometers but also for customer service. I bought two of their thermometers, but had difficulty changing the batteries. I sent them back to ThermoWorks, and they not only changed the battery but also recalibrated the thermometers. I understand this kind of service is only available if you buy directly from them, and I see no reason why not to.”

“It was a challenge for the boys but they did it. Went with our suggestion and got the job done. However, the 12:30 delivery turned into 6:30. Better put more men on the job.”

“I love Nuttalls in Riverton, Utah. They have fun table runner classes with many more to learn Embroidery techniques, quilt skills, Kids Club for two classes and so much more. If you want to learn to use rulers, and stitching on your finished quilt with a domestic machine, they have the class here. (Embroidery items made for towels from purchasing my machine from Nuttalls, we made these in your Customer Coarse). The Fabric selection is awesome, lots of cottons from reputable and skilled companies, Henry Glass, Tulia Pink, Rylie Blake, solids, minky in almost any color imagined, gauze fabric, knits, apparal fabrics, satins, some lace, flannel and more. I made a whole bunch of costumes for our live Nativity night one year with fabric from Nuttalls. The machine people know their stuff for many machines. The ladies at the fabric counter are friendly, skilled and full of great suggestions. There are technicians to fix your machine that needs a tune up and fixing up that is a quality shop. The lady who orders the supplies is a wonderful person. There are extras like finding fabric or items in other stores, ordering things that are not on the shelves, helping you thread and take care of your machine. I LOVE this place.”

“Nuttalls is the greatest! I called first thing in the morning and asked if I could bring my serger in to have it threaded. It’s difficult for me to do. I was told I could Bring it in anytime and they would help me. I took it in, they fixed it quickly,, NO CHARGE, and were so fun and nice. They carried my machine to my car. I would go back for any sewing needs. Thank you for staying in business!! Thank you for your kind and welcoming business.”

“Shopping at IKEA Draper is always a fun experience. I found a great bookshelf, kitchen organizers, and a few home decor items at very reasonable prices. We also stopped for the Swedish meatballs and cinnamon rolls, which are always worth it. The store has a huge selection, the displays are full of ideas, and it's easy to leave with inspiration for your home.”

“I live 40 minutes north and drove out here to find that the store didn’t actually have the part I needed. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I got the part, as it was essential for our water heater to function. He triple checked where they might have it, called another plumbing supply company, and even thought to look into arranging a delivery of the part for the next day. The service was phenomenal and due to his persistence we were able to get the part quickly. I so appreciate his diligence and concern in working with me to get this part!”

“We came here to get a bbq & some pathway lights. We weren't sure whether the bbq could fit in our car so we had a very nice (very new) girl assist us. She went above & beyond to locate us a bbq that was still in the box that was up in the rafters. She helped us to take measurements of the box & went out to the car to grab measurements of the door. Additionally, just in case the box didn't fit, she set us up with will call so we could leave & come back with a bigger car. This girl was our hero this day! The box fit & we were able to have a great bbq dinner that same night. Everything is well stocked & most the staff had smiles & were polite/said hello. Only 4 stars because the young girl that helped us with will call was less than helpful. We wanted to grab a cover for the bbq and had to repeat ourselves three times before she stopped ringing us up & acknowledged us. She then didn't even bother to point us in the correct direction. Luckily our helpful gal was still around to help us out with the aisle number. Overall, great experience & customer service. Thanks!”

“Huge shoutout to Jace with the Geek Squad! We came in around 7:45 PM and he was SO swamped, but he still made us feel like we were a priority. He was seriously amazing and had the best customer service. He was extremely helpful, and even amongst all the chaos, he took the time to help us find a solution. Thank you, Jace, for making our experience so great and going above and beyond to help us!! We really appreciate you! 🙌🏼”
