“I have become distrustful of auto shops overall after several bad experiences. My son wrecked my van and I had to get it repaired. After going back and forth with Unique Auto Body and being disappointed in their inability to give me an actual quote, I tried Collision. They fixed my van for the quoted amount and within the time frame quoted. When I got my van back, a bunch of check engine and warning lights were on. I took it back in and they told me it was the battery. They walked me across the street to an auto parts store, helped me pick out a battery, and installed it in my van for no charge. I couldn’t believe how kind and accommodating they were and it was by no fault of their own that my battery was bad. It was just a kind service they did for me. They helped restore my faith in car repair shops.”

“I stopped by Dent Master today because we had a mishap with our travel trailer, which now needs some repairs. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful. He said that while they were more than willing to do the repair for us, it was a fairly simple repair that we could likely do ourselves, and would save about 50% of the $2,000 cost. He then proceeded to look up the parts we needed, and even printed the price sheets from their supplier out, and wrote down all the information we'd need to give the supplier to order the parts, and explained what the repairs entailed. NO ONE gives that kind of customer service! I was so impressed - and grateful! No wonder they are so busy!”

“I can't be more pleased! I had a horrible experience at the AF location they didn't put my dashboard back together correctly, there were parts that the snap part broke and the vents for dashboard weren't even and rattled. They also had primer spray on my window and dashboard. It took me over a year but with my insurance I was able to take it to this location and not only did the correct the things AF screwed up the fixed things that Caliber wasn't responsible for if I could give more stars I would! Thanks”
