“I had a great experience with AF Collision. I was rear ended. Bruce was so helpful. I was not rushed, and my questions were answered in a respectful and thoughtful manner. Bruce was delightful and he has a great sense of humor, which put me as ease. He called to let me know where he was in the process when there was a (one day) delay. When everything was finished. Not only did my car look great, it smelled good too. Bruce, I want to thank you and your team for such a great experience. Julie Hebbert”

“Wife and daughter had a check engine light pop on while in AF, we live in Heber. I asked them to stop and get it scanned before going over Parleys Canyon. Jacob went above and beyond, did the scan, it was an oil related issue, checked the oil and verified a few things, and reassured my wife. No upsell, no tom foolery, just good old honest service and Utah Hospitality. THANK YOU JACOB!”

“This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Brooke the sales manager was so kind and professional and helpful. We had no intentions of buying a car today but the whole experience was top notch and made it easy to say yes. Bastian, the sales person, was also amazing. I would highly recommend him. Just a great guy! I’ve been dreading the car buying ordeal for years and so we kept our car for 11 years. So happy we walked through Doug Smith’s doors and worked with Bastian and Brooke.”

“Even when I realized my car battery needed to be purchased that I had already used the warranty on the previous purchase the manager was awesome enough to still give me a discount on a more expensive battery that you pulled the price of the former battery! Always loved working with AutoZone, highly recommended!”

“I had a great experience with Ken Garff Ford. They picked up my vehicle, performed a thorough diagnostic inspection, and identified the cause of the problem. They kept me informed throughout the process, and after everything was completed, they delivered my vehicle back to me, which was very convenient. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
