“My windshield wiper flew off when I was on the freeway, so I had to come here. This lady helped me first, and she was nice, but I really am writing this review about one of their newer employees: Eric!He’s only been working there for a week and a half, but I was beyond grateful for his customer service! He double checked everything, looked up things for me on the computer, refunded the wrong windshield wiper I bought, and he even came and put it on for me! Great guy, funny guy! Great customer service from him and I'm recommending this business strictly because of his hospitality and kindness.Give him a raise already?”

“My sales rep Cam made getting a 2019 Mercedes G63 AMG Gwagon a seamless process. I'm from from CO so it is little trickier but he walked me through the entire process start to finish. We started with an approval, signed the required paper work, shipped my C8 from Denver as a trade in and got the Mercedes shipped shortly after. “No one likes accidents especially when you are traveling out of state. I had a rush hour accident on I-15 and pushed the front bumper into the radiators and condenser and couldn't take the vehicle 500 miles back home for repairs. A friend of a friend recommended I try Dent Master to repair my truck. I called and they picked up my truck the same day. The next business day, they had an initial estimate and prepared to order parts. Travis was the primary contact for me and he was awesome. Despite some parts issues due to factors outside their control, he kept me informed of progress and everything was done in a very timely way. When I went to pick up the truck, Travis was obsessing about ensuring every detail was right. I was TOTALLY impressed with everything--quality, communication, customer service, friendly staff, timeliness. Zero complaints. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.”

They were really easy to work with, helping me communicate with insurance and got the work done in a good amount of time.Months and months after that, I had another small incident with my car. The owner remembered who I was, was very kind to speak with me over the phone to talk through options I had, did research for me, and more. I ultimately decided to take the car to the shop so he could look at it in person and he was able to help me with a short term solution until I am ready to pay for the full fix.
