“I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the Under Armour store at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi.
As someone who deeply values brands that show genuine support for the military, Under Armour has won my loyalty many times over.
My little brother was a fighter pilot who made the ultimate sacrifice, and it means the world to me that Under Armour truly honors service members and their families.
That kind of respect is part of what defines their brand, and it’s why I’ve shifted so many of our family’s athletic and athleisure purchases over to Under Armour.
But beyond the brand’s values, the team at this location is just outstanding.
My son needed a school dress code wardrobe that felt like him… more athletic, more his style… and Wilson, the manager, went out of his way to make sure he had exactly what he needed.
Wilson tracked down items and even arranged to have things shipped to our home so we could get the exact sizes and colors we wanted.
Then there’s Jorge, the assistant manager, who was equally dedicated and even determined to help us when we had to replace items that accidentally got thrown out during a move. He took the time to help us reorder and piece back what we could.
And just when you think the whole team couldn’t get any more amazing, we had Kambria step in to help my daughter on the day of her basketball tryout. Kambria personally made sure my daughter found the perfect gear and even helped her put her hair up in a ponytail before we rushed out the door. It was that personal touch that really stood out.
In the end, it’s not just that Under Armour has great products (which they absolutely do), but it’s the incredible people like Wilson, Jorge, and Kambria who make it a real brand experience… We’re huge fans and so thankful for these incredible people and the way they take care of our family.”
“I live Total Scrubs! I had a last minute thing pop up and they made everything work out great! They have a great selection of not just scrubs, but lab coats and safety glasses. And the staff was so wonderful and so helpful. The were smiling the whole time and were super pleasant. If you need scrubs for any reason, check out Total Scrubs. I know they’ll be able to help you just like they helped me!!!”
“Was able to find everything I needed with the help of an amazing staff. JC was able to help me find the perfect fit of boots with his extensive knowledge. Diego answered all my questions and on current sales and how to properly take care of different materials. Definitely coming back.”
“Gap factory is one of my favorite shops it is always so well kept. and the workers are so friendly. Ask them anything and they are working with you to find a solution. I really enjoy the variety that this store sells as well, every member of my family has a section. I also would recommend their gap card. I know I know who needs another credit card. but for the discounts and rewards that ive gotten. Since there's no annual fee ive found to be worth it. Anyways great place highly recommend.”
“Always love visiting this store at the outlets. They have a bunch of cute swim suit selections and there is always some type of good sale. Perfect stop for those winter or off season beach vacations!!”
“Went there for Black Friday. They have very nice clothing there. The prices on this day was at a pretty good discount so I bought Winter Gear. The staff are so nice and courteous. I liked what I bought so I wore it to a family outing we had that evening. First time in the store, and I really liked it.”
“everytime i walk into this store it’s like entering a fairytale, everything is perfect. to the immediate help from the door to the assistance all the way to the fitting rooms a lady with a lot of face piercings was up and down the ladder just to help me out. not only that, there were two people at the registers with dyed hair asking me the best questions. overall, i would like to say i am impressed and cannot wait for my next visit. :)”

“I love coming here when I do, it’s worth the time it takes to get down here. The whole staff at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory are amazing, warm, courteous, and kind. They treat every customer very well. They always greet you, get to know you, and make you their top priority. I’ve become very well acquainted with the staff ever since I’ve started shopping here and I love getting to know any employees I have not met yet. They are very friendly and personable. I don’t just come down here for the clothing, but for the staff here as well. I do not just see them as employees who work for this company, but real people with stories and purpose, which matches my intent of shopping here. “Julie took amazing care of us! We came in to J. Crew at that point in the shopping trip that we were tired of mall shopping and still hadn’t found what we were looking for. We were lost looking at the suit section and Julie offered her help immediately! She taught us a few things about suit fashion and care, and we left with exactly what we needed. Seriously Julie, you saved our day!”
“I went to the Lehi store today in search of a bridesmaid dress. The girl who helped me was super impressive and very helpful, finding me the dress I was looking for, helping me get the right size. In the end the color I needed wasn’t available in my size but I was able to try it on in a different color, and order it in the right color online. I didn’t catch her name but she had long blonde hair and was super patient and helpful even with me bugging her a couple different times.”

“I’ve always really liked hot topic. This hot topic in particularity is designed very well, so even when there’s a lot of people in the store it doesn’t fee crowded. However, as with all hot topics, the prices have gotten very expensive.”
