“Dario was so helpful! He took the time to measure my child's feet and worked with us to find shoes that actually accommodated our needs. Dario never rushed us and we ended up ordering shoes to be delivered because they didn't have the correct size in stock.

“Impressed with the customer service from Holly. All of the sudden the store got very busy, she was working solo, and working though issues with a system update. She was still able to find time to check for a product in the back for me in a timely manner and keep a smile on her face. Not often you see positive energy in customer service these days.”

“It was a really crowded day (right before school started), and my daughter had her heart set on one specific pair of shoes. The website said they were available, but we couldn’t find them anywhere in the store. Izzy noticed us searching and offered to help.
He checked the stock — no luck at first — but then went out of his way to look in another section and actually found a pair! He was so friendly, helpful, and determined to make it happen.
So many times, store employees just suggest ordering online, but Izzy went above and beyond to help us walk out with exactly what my daughter wanted that day. Thank you, Izzy!”
