“This isn’t a real review. Never stepped foot into this store in my life. But I found out that the cover art for Our Love To Admire by Interpol was taken at this store. So that’s pretty cool.”

“Great store, there were a lot of good deal, most of them are 50-70% off when we visited. Staffs were amazing, specially Courtney - she was very supportive and helpful with finding sizes we wanted.”

“Garrison was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We were pretty indecisive, but he stayed patient, helpful, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His personality made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and makes the process easy, Garrison is your guy. Highly recommend!”

“Workers came up to see if we needed help and helped us get a price on an item which didn't have a tag. The item was a UA kids jacket and was on sale. We bought it.”

“Good deals most of the time. Staff are helpful. Unfortunately the quality of clothing has declined over the years. The Eddie Bauer clothing I purchased many years ago was much better. I've been looking for an alternative brand I like as much but not successful to date.”

“I get mailed coupons for shoes every year and am able to get great shoes for both my kids at a good price. The employee I see ever year is very helpful and easy to work with!”

“Dario was so helpful! He took the time to measure my child's feet and worked with us to find shoes that actually accommodated our needs. Dario never rushed us and we ended up ordering shoes to be delivered because they didn't have the correct size in stock. Put it to you this way: I spent money on 2 pairs of shoes that I didn't take with me today and I'm still stoked! Solid team over here, 10/10”

“I wish I could remember his name, but the employee who helped my boyfriend and I was so nice. Was willing to help me with looking in the back to see if he had other size/color options for the shoe I was looking for, he went back more than once and had no problem with me running him in circles lol. Super kind while checking us out too. Thank you!”

“It was a really crowded day (right before school started), and my daughter had her heart set on one specific pair of shoes. The website said they were available, but we couldn’t find them anywhere in the store. Izzy noticed us searching and offered to help. He checked the stock — no luck at first — but then went out of his way to look in another section and actually found a pair! He was so friendly, helpful, and determined to make it happen. So many times, store employees just suggest ordering online, but Izzy went above and beyond to help us walk out with exactly what my daughter wanted that day. Thank you, Izzy!”

“Impressed with the customer service from Holly. All of the sudden the store got very busy, she was working solo, and working though issues with a system update. She was still able to find time to check for a product in the back for me in a timely manner and keep a smile on her face. Not often you see positive energy in customer service these days.”

“Amazing shopping experience. Sebastian helped me out right away and found exactly what I was looking for. I typically do not enjoy shopping so this was a much needed breath of fresh air. Thank you, Sebastian!”
