“Stopped in with my two kids (4 and 7) and the staff was so patient while I tried to look at dining tables & they ran around. One of the workers even brought them paper to draw on so I could actually focus for a minute. Found a gorgeous credenza for our entryway and the delivery was super easy to schedule around nap time. Really appreciate how helpful everyone was!”

“2 Brothers Mattress in American Fork is amazing!! Alfredo was kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about mattresses. We have purchased other very expensive beds over the last three years (not from this company) and have been very disappointed. I have finally found the one that I can sleep on with very little pain. Two back surgeries and lots of nerve pain makes finding the “perfect” bed impossible but Alfredo came as close as one could that’s for sure!!!! Thank you Alfredo for everything I love our bed!!”

“Me and my family were helped by hyrum in the purchase of our couch, he was very polite and professional. He helped us find exactly what we wanted, he also shared a interesting fact about furniture row, they outright own all their pieces. That is why they offer quality and a unbeatable price. On our has we opted for delivery for a reasonable price, the delivery was damaged by their third party twice causing it to arrive later than expected, hyrum was more than willing to work with us and find solutions to keep our satisfaction because of this we were not upset at all. When the couch made it into our home it was delivered by Lorenzo, Vic, and Nick. This bunch of joyous individuals were nothing but smiles and laughs. They were able to bring in the couch, place it where we wanted, installed the legs, and were out the door a hour before they were scheduled to be there. Every step of the process was met with the highest level of professionalism. I recommend everyone to this place as they have earned a forever customer out of me and my family. Well done!”
“I worked with Lila on furnishing our guest room and den, and she was phenomenal from start to finish. She listened carefully to what we wanted, showed us several fabric options that fit our budget, and helped us pick pieces that actually worked with the flow of the rooms. When one of the chairs arrived, she noticed the leg finish was slightly different from the sample and arranged a replacement without me even having to ask. The whole process felt personal and professional, not pushy at all.”
“Sam was a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy and he was very informative. They have a wide variety of mattresses that I tried out but I ended up going with one of their in house models that they make and will be here Monday. The only thing that was even moderately bad was that if I decided to try the mattress out and didn’t like it after 30 days I could do a “one-time comfort exchange”. This entails that I can exchange the mattress one time for a different mattress. That isn’t a problem for me at all. The problem that I have is the 30% restocking fee that is taken off the price towards your new mattress you choose to exchange. Other than that. I highly recommend this place. Just be sure that’s the mattress you want. Thanks Sam! You’re awesome.”

We enjoy the color how was comfortable in the Ashley Store presented. This is If you have time to try a least the main piece, and everything are matching from the Ashley Furniture Store to your place. They have a giant boxes and they give you a time frame even they called you as reminder the day are doing all. In the transaction table this a real important do you want to pay for the Delivery team removal of old pieces and replace with the exactly comfortable space to put the new furniture. Remembered it is empty it is easy-to-use. The driver comes with more hands to put the furniture in your empty space or you ahead courteous with patience wait until they do it. The pieces are heavy and need help, your team delivery had piece that rolls everything on smoothly area. Remembered you are purchasing furniture and everything is doing smoothly once all the people agree ahead in how, where to put and how they will be seeing after it is done.”
