On our has we opted for delivery for a reasonable price, the delivery was damaged by their third party twice causing it to arrive later than expected, hyrum was more than willing to work with us and find solutions to keep our satisfaction because of this we were not upset at all. When the couch made it into our home it was delivered by Lorenzo, Vic, and Nick. This bunch of joyous individuals were nothing but smiles and laughs. They were able to bring in the couch, place it where we wanted, installed the legs, and were out the door a hour before they were scheduled to be there. “Huge fan of Lifetime, and two recent experiences show why. First, their customer service is top-notch. When a kayak part I needed was out of stock, the employee didn't just give up—he tracked down a warranty kayak in the back, pulled the part for me, and sent us on our way. That kind of employee empowerment is rare these days!
Second, their gear performs well. We brought eight coolers to Lake Powell from four different brands, including one expensive premium name. The Lifetime cooler beat them all and held ice the longest. I own over 150 Lifetime products for a reason. I can't afford to buy cheap stuff that breaks or fails, so I buy quality from Lifetime.”

“I stopped into the showroom today since I had received a gift card and wanted to explore! The showroom is beautiful and well put together, and my experiences with staff were excellent. They were the perfect mix of informative and hands-off. There were definitely a lot of things out of my price range but I appreciate that there was enough of a variety that there was something for any budget.
